<text>It should be possible to use the action "Set Contact Field to Specific Value" to be able to put in a date field of the current date.
For example, if someone fills out a web form and there is an action setup on the web form setup that runs the action of "Set Contact Field to Specific Value" and it is setup to set the value of that field to the current date, it would automatically fill that into the field.</text>

<text>This would allow you to pull up the e-mail batch status report of recent e-mails. Click on the pie graph of who has opened or opened and click. Then allow you to run actions off of those people instead of being a static page.

This would allow you to focus specifically on the people who seem to be interested in your information while still casting a net of e-mail over the general mailing list. </text>

<text>Currently, Infusionsoft allows us to merge only two dupes at once. I sometimes find that my customers have many more than 2 records for whatever reason. Rather than merging only two records at a time, I suggest the system be altered so that I can merge all or any amount of records at once. Thank you.</text>

<text>I contact my prospects manually, and depending on what happens, I do various things with the contact. I would like to be able to have custom buttons on the right side of the screen that I can perform a single-click action sequence. I realize you can perform actions already, but a one-click system would be great.</text>

<text>It would be useful to have a tool that allows us to create and store custom reports with groupings and summaries based on user-specified criteria.

There are many good reports standard in Infuson, but we have to cobble together much of what we need to effectively coordinate the efforts of our lead-management team.

We are also using another package (www.qualitytalk.com/project) for the project-management side of our business and the reporting features there are phenomenal - you should take look there to get an idea of what could be possible with Infusion.</text>
